A few days ago, a person was arrested by the police during Saraswati Puja in Lakhisarai. The youth was accused of violating the Corona guidelines. The arrested person is reportedly close to Speaker Vijay Sinha.

The speaker says that in this incident the police is making a false statement and he is being framed deliberately. Responding to this, Nitish Kumar said that, our government neither saves nor implicates anyone.

There was fierce debate between Speaker and Nitish-

Debate is going on in the Legislative Assembly on the Lakhisarai issue. On Monday, Nitish Kumar objected to this. He said that the Constitution is being violated openly inside the House. The House will not run like this.

On this, the speaker alleged that in the name of investigation in the Lakhisarai incident, the police was just making a false statement.

Crime report is given in the court, not in the house-

Nitish Kumar said that the system runs by the Constitution. There is no point in raising the same issue everyday. Whatever the report of the Committee of Privileges, we will consider it. He further said that the system runs by the Constitution.

The report of any crime is given in the court, not in the house. In such a situation, whoever has the right, should be allowed to do it. There is no need to pursue this matter without any reason.

What is Lakhisarai case:

During Saraswati Puja, orchestras were organized at many places. Along with this, Corona guidelines were also violated. Several videos of this also went viral, after which the police arrested two persons in this case. Being a regional MLA, the matter was complained to Speaker Vijay Sinha. After this he also reprimanded the police.
