Janata Dal United National President Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh made a big statement on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s candidature for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. He also made a statement on Nitish contesting the Lok Sabha elections.
The JDU chief said that as a Lok Sabha election candidate, the highest demand for our CM is coming from Phulpur. Similar demands have been made by activists in Ambedkar Nagar and Mirzapur. Elections are more than a year away and so we are not thinking in terms of it.
JDU said that the wave of our leader’s campaign for opposition unity is going on. Though he can choose to contest from any of the 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar, the demands rising from UP are an indication of the popularity of his national initiative.
Meanwhile, he has also targeted veteran election strategist Prashant Kishor. He also rubbished speculations about efforts to include Prashant Kishor in JD(U). Describing PK as a businessman, he said that he is not a political person.
Lalan Singh said that it is useless to comment on PK. PK is not a political person. They do business and do marketing to increase their business. He was not given any offer to join JDU. He himself wanted to meet the CM.
Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh said that Bihar CM Nitish Kumar had finally asked him to meet the party’s national president. We talked in Delhi for about 1.5 hours.
During this he was asked to work within the discipline of the party. Lalan Singh further said that everyone should accept the party’s decision despite having different opinions.
Attacking Prashant Kishor, Nitish Kumar said that 4 pm was fixed for him to meet the CM, but two hours before that he told the media that he has been called but he will not go. Lalan Singh said that all this is part of his marketing.
Lalan Singh said this on Nitish’s Lok Sabha elections:
Lalan Singh said that Nitish Kumar will contest elections from wherever the public wants. If the people of Phulpur will have a feeling that CM Nitish Kumar should contest from here, then we are proud that the people of Uttar Pradesh are also passionate about our leader.
Lalan Singh said that if Nitish Kumar and Akhilesh Yadav come together and campaign together in UP, then BJP can be covered up to 20 seats.
was taunted before:
Earlier, he had said that PK plays different roles. Right now PK is working for BJP. The education system has improved so much and a lot has been done for the girls.
Whoever has to do his own branding and launch his product, he will do politics. We all know whose work they are doing. Sometimes they ask the CM for time and call the press and say that CM is asking us for time.
Prashant Kishor had said this about Nitish:
Earlier on Saturday, Prashant Kishor had taken a jibe at Nitish Kumar and said that Fevicol should make him the brand ambassador. He had said that we have seen many alliances being formed and broken in Bihar, but the link between CM’s chair and Nitish Kumar never breaks, whatever the alliance may be. Only Nitish Kumar can do this.
Nitish Kumar met Pawan Verma:
It is worth noting that recently, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar had met his old colleague Pavan Verma. After which it was claimed in some reports that Nitish Kumar wants to bring back his old colleague Prashant Kishor with him and he has given the responsibility of this work to Pavan Varma.
Later, former MP Pavan Varma had said that there was no conclusion of this meeting.
Removal is not correct. He had said that Prashant Kishor is doing his job and I am doing mine. If it is about the 2024 elections, then CM Nitish himself has said that he is not a candidate for the post of PM.
They are trying that the opposition should be united, it is a good thing. During this, he said that whether Prashant Kishor and Nitish come together or not, I will not make any statement about this right now.
Nitish worshiped, Agriculture Minister surrounded BJP:
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar offered prayers on the occasion of Vishwakarma Puja. Meanwhile, Bihar Agriculture Minister Sudhakar Singh directly blamed the BJP for the fertilizer crisis. He said that BJP is responsible for the fertilizer crisis in the state.
He alleged that saffron party leaders were giving protection to those who are involved in stockpiling and black marketing of fertilizers. BJP leaders at the Center and those who were part of the previous National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government in the state are responsible for this crisis.
