The record for the cost of ‘Brahmastra Part One: Shiva’, which became the most expensive film of Hindi cinema till date, is going to be broken in the next four months.
Director Om Raut’s ambitious film ‘Adipurush’ on Lord Mighty Ram is not only going to become the most expensive Hindi film of all time but is also going to set a new cost record in Indian cinema.
The promotional schedule of the film ‘Adipurush’, which is set to release simultaneously on twice the number of screens than ‘Brahmastra Part One: Shiva’, has now been pushed forward by five days on the first day of Sharadiya Navratri.
In Ayodhya, the city of Ram, this chant will now be held on Durgashtami day i.e. on 3rd October and for this preparations have started from Hyderabad to Mumbai and Lucknow.
Will be released in over a dozen languages:
Preparations are underway to release the film ‘Adipurush’ in more than a dozen languages simultaneously in formats like 2D, 3D, 3D IMAX etc. The film has been made in Hindi and Telugu. Apart from this, preparations are on to dub the film in other languages of India such as Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali and Oriya.
The film ‘Adipurush’ is also proposed to be dubbed in English, Chinese, Bhasa (Thailand language), Korean, Japanese and other such languages, where the glory of Indian films and Indian culture is already spread.
The promotion work of the film ‘Adipurush’ was supposed to start from Ayodhya on September 27 this month, but in view of Prabhas’s intention to kill Ravana on the day of Dussehra in Delhi, it will now be started in Ayodhya from October 3.
Will seek the blessings of Goddess on Durgashtami:
Durgashtami is fasting on Monday, 3 October and it is believed that on this day Lord Rama got the boon of the goddess to kill Ravana. October 5 is Dussehra on Wednesday and on this day Prabhas, the protagonist of the film ‘Adipurush’ and Kriti Sanon, who plays Sita in the film, have agreed to be present in the Ravana slaughter to be held at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan.
If everything goes according to the proposed schedule, Prabhas will come to Delhi from there after worshiping Durga Ashtami in Ayodhya. In the month of October itself, Diwali is on the 24th and for this day of King Ram’s arrival in Ayodhya after winning Lanka, the team of the film ‘Adipurush’ is planning to do some divine programs.
Preparation for release on 20 thousand screens:
‘Amar Ujala’ has already informed you about the commencement of work on the booking of theaters for director Om Raut’s film ‘Adipurush’. The film is set to release on 20,000 screens across the world.
This film is being made at a cost of about Rs 500 crore and upon release, it will also win the title of the country’s most expensive film made in Hindi. Till now the film ‘Brahmastra Part One: Shiva’ is the most expensive Hindi film to be released at a cost of around Rs 410 crore.
IMAX version in final stages:
The post production work of the film ‘Adipurush’ is going on fast these days. The ongoing work on its IMAX version in the US is almost complete. The work on the dubbing of the film is going to start soon.
Prabhas is playing the character of mighty Ram in the film. Prabhas will be the voice for the Telugu version of the film, but the search for strong dubbing artists has begun for other linguistic versions of the film.
Prabhas’s characters were voiced by popular actor Sharad Kelkar in ‘Bahubali’, one of the most successful film franchises of Indian cinema. And, the matter of making Sharad Kelkar the voice of mighty Ram in the Hindi version of the film ‘Adipurush’ has also been finalised.
Film ‘Adipurush’ to release on January 12:
Ram’s character Prabhas, Laxman’s character Sunny Singh and Sita’s character Kriti Sanon are playing the character of Ram in the film ‘Adi Purush’, which is going to be released on January 12, just two days before Makar Sankranti next year.
Saif Ali Khan will be seen in the role of Ravana in the film while Marathi actor Devdutt Nage has been roped in for the character of Hanuman. Till now the release date of any other Indian language film has not been announced on January 12. Not only this, no film is ready to appear in front of this film even for the next two weeks after the release of Prabhas’s film.
