Amit Singla, President of Agarwal Gaushala Prabandhak Committee and Shiv Sena leader Praveen Sharma told that an unknown bike was parked near the Verka booth in front of the main gate of Agarwal Gaushala at around 4 pm on Friday evening. A bag was also tied with it. People passing around the booth, when they heard the sound of ticking from the bag tied to the bike, informed the Gaushala Managers regarding the matter, they immediately informed the police.
