Today English second shift exam has been canceled in 24 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The exam has been canceled due to paper leak.
UP Board 12th English paper has been leaked. After this, it has been decided to cancel the examination in 24 districts. These districts include Agra, Mainpuri, Mathura, Ghaziabad and Aligarh and Baghpat.
The exam was scheduled to be held today at 2 pm. After the cancellation of the exam, the next date has not been announced yet. The board may issue a notification regarding this soon.
In this regard, the Director of Education and Chairman, Board of Secondary Education, Vinay Kumar Pandey has issued an order and informed about the cancellation of the examination. It has also been clearly stated in the order that except these 24 districts, the examination will be conducted in the rest of the places.
In the instructions issued by the board, the possibility of paper leaking from Ballia district has been expressed. The papers that have been leaked have been identified as 316Ed and 316EiK series.
Districts where exams have been canceled include Ballia, Etah, Baghpat, Budaun, Sitapur, Kanpur Dehat, Lalitpur, Chitrakoot, Pratapgarh, Gonda, Azamgarh, Agra, Varanasi, Mainpuri, Mathura, Aligarh, Ghaziabad, Shamli, Shahjahanpur, Unnao , Jalaun, Mahoba, Ambedkar Nagar and Gorakhpur.

The UP government has issued orders to take strict action on the paper leak. Paper leak case will be investigated by STF. Along with this, action will be taken against the culprits under NSA.
