Advocate Rajat Kalsan, a resident of Hansi, Haryana, was hurt by this remark of Yuvraj Singh. And then he had filed an FRI against Yuvraj Singh under several sections of the IPC and SC / ST Act.
Taking cognizance of this FIR, Hansi SP Nitika Gehlot said that Yuvraj Singh had arrived for investigation on Sunday after the order of the court. Where he was first arrested and then immediately he was granted interim bail. To investigate this matter, the police have confiscated Yuvraj Singh’s phone. According to the information, a case has been registered against Yuvraj Singh under section 153A, section 153B of IPC and section 3(1)(u) of SC/ST Act.
Kalsan alleges that Yuvraj Singh used a controversial word for a particular caste while giving the example of another player during Instagram Live. Yuvraj Singh has approached the Punjab and Haryana High Court stating that he is innocent in this case. Along with this, he has also demanded the cancellation of the FIR.
