All the teams are ready for the Indian Premier League 2021 Part-II and the remaining 31 matches of this tournament will be played in UAE. The league will start in the UAE from September 17 and before that, the team of Royal Challengers Bangalore, captained by Virat Kohli, saw major changes. When three star players were dropped from this team, three new players were included in their place. Apart from this, the head coach of the team, Sinam Katiz, decided not to serve in his position. Now Mike Hesson will take this responsibility in place of Katiz.
The players who will not be seen playing for RCB in the remaining matches of IPL 2021 include Adam Zampa, Daniel Shams and Finn Allen. Now in place of Adam Zampa, Sri Lanka’s spin all-rounder Vanendu Hasaranga has been given a place in the team. Hasranga had performed brilliantly in the three-match T20 series against India sometime back. He was selected player of the series by taking 7 wickets in three matches and after that he also came in a lot of discussion.
On the other hand, Sri Lankan fast bowler Dushmantha Chamira has been included in the RCB team in place of Daniel Shams. Apart from this, in the third change in the team, Tim David has been given a chance in the team instead of Finn Allen. RCB gave information about these changes by tweeting.
Under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, RCB performed well in IPL 2021 Part One and this team was at number three till the league was postponed after winning 5 out of 7 matches.
