There is good news for the fans ahead of the Day-Night Test between India and Sri Lanka in Bengaluru starting on Saturday. The Karnataka State Cricket Association has allowed 100 percent spectators to come to the Chinnaswamy Stadium. This will be the last match of the two-match Test series. India won the first Test of the series by an innings and 222 runs in Mohali.
Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) secretary Santosh Menon said the stadium is expected to be packed in the day-night Test. The government has also given permission for this. He told that when the ticket sales started, its demand had increased. This is the reason why we had to negotiate with the government for 100 per cent audience.
Tickets for Chinnaswamy Test have also been issued. They are priced in four ways. The most expensive ticket is Rs 1250 (Grand Terrace). At the same time, the cheapest ticket is Rs 100. Fans will have to pay Rs 750 for e-executive, Rs 500 for D-corporate.
The Indian team has shown the best game so far in this series. This will be India’s fourth overall and third day-night Test at home. Earlier, Team India has won two out of three matches. At the same time, Kangaroos won against Australia in the Test played at his home in December 2020.
