Kolkata got setbacks after a good start-

Openers Rituraj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis did a great job for the team of Chennai Super Kings, who came to bat after losing the toss. Du Plessis scored 86 while Moeen Ali scored 37 not out. Sunil Narine took two wickets for KKR while Shimav Mavi took one wicket.
