All the teams have started preparing for IPL 2022. Players of most teams have reached Mumbai, where all league matches are to be played. At the same time, teams like Chennai, Rajasthan and Hyderabad have also started practice.
Indian players have started preparing for the IPL after the Test match between India and Sri Lanka ended in three days. Players of most IPL teams including Mumbai, Chennai have reached their hotels in Mumbai.
This is where all the league matches of IPL 2022 will be played. IPL is to start from March 26 and the first match will be between Kolkata and Chennai.
Every player will have to be quarantined for at least three days before becoming a part of the bio bubble of the IPL. In such a situation, players of many teams including Bangalore, Mumbai and Rajasthan have reached Mumbai and are currently in Quarantine.
After completing the three-day quarantine, all the players will be part of the practice session. Some players coming straight from the match and were already in the bio bubble will only be allowed inside the bubble after one test.
Chennai, Rajasthan and Hyderabad practice begins-
There is still about 10 days left for the start of IPL 2022, but teams like Chennai, Hyderabad and Rajasthan have started their practice. The Gujarat team also had a training session before the IPL. There will not be many foreign players in the initial matches-
Many foreign players will not be able to play in the initial matches of IPL 2022. Teams of Australia, West Indies and England are currently playing international series and their foreign players are playing for their country. All these players will not be a part of the opening matches of IPL. In their place, young Indian players can get a chance.
