A clash broke out between spectators during a football match in Mexico. According to media reports, at least 22 people have been injured in this violence. The incident happened during the match between Queretaro and Atlas at La Corregidora Stadium. Later this match was also stopped.

After this the security guards opened the doors for the spectators to exit. However, some spectators remained present in the stadium and violent clashes broke out between them. After this the organizers stopped the match and sent the players to the locker room.

Its pictures are becoming very viral on social media. A member of the Civil Protection Unit of Querétaro state said no casualties were reported.
He said 22 people were injured. Two of them are in serious condition. The match was immediately stopped. The executive president of Mexico Liga condemned the incident and said that the lack of security at the stadium will be dealt with and the culprits will be punished. Atlas Club has also demanded the authority and the organizers of the league to investigate the matter. Queretaro Governor Marucio Curie said club owners and institutions should respond to the incident.
